About DripLabs
Our Mission and Values

DripLabs is a creative tech studio empowering kids and teens to design, code, and safely explore digital worlds like Roblox.
Based in Hamilton County, Indiana, and online with OUTSCHOOL™ we bridge gaming, fashion, and technology through hands-on programs in 3D modeling, avatar design, and game creation.
We help parents and kids navigate the digital world with confidence — turning screen time into skill time and imagination into innovation.
The future belongs to creators — and it starts right here.

Our Story
When our founder first stepped into the world of Roblox and 3D avatars, they saw two things:
-
Kids were bursting with creativity — but often lacked the mentoring and tools to truly build.
-
Parents were worried (and sometimes confused) about online safety, screen time, and how to support their children’s digital adventure.
That realization inspired a mission to close the gap between play and possibility.
After volunteering with CoderDojo, a global movement that teaches kids to code, and later working professionally with iCode, a national tech-education company, our founder saw firsthand how transformative creative technology can be. From coding simple games to building entire virtual worlds, young learners lit up when they realized they could create something all their own. Those moments fueled a vision — to make creativity, coding, and digital confidence accessible to every family.
Today, DripLabs continues that mission by exploring the exciting future of 3D design, game development, and avatar fashion through UGC (user-generated content).
We’re passionate about helping kids turn their imagination into interactive art — and helping parents see technology as a place of growth, not fear.
Our Mission
At DripLabs, we believe that gaming and technology are not just for play — they’re powerful tools for learning, expression, and connection. Based in Hamilton County, Indiana, we empower kids and teens to design, code, and safely explore digital worlds like Roblox, while helping parents gain confidence and clarity in the process.

Our Values
DripLabs is a student-powered creative tech lab where ideas turn into real-world projects. We equip young creators with advanced skills in 3D modeling, coding, digital branding, and entrepreneurship — while building character, confidence, and community.
We believe innovation should be safe, inclusive, and purpose-driven. These values guide everything we build.
01
Safety First
We create structured, moderated, and age-appropriate digital environments. Student privacy is protected, respectful conduct is required, and creative exploration happens within clear boundaries. Parents can feel confident knowing safety isn’t an afterthought — it’s our foundation.
02
Inclusivity and Respect
Creativity belongs to everyone.
We foster a culture where students of all backgrounds, learning styles, and experience levels are welcomed and valued. Collaboration, kindness, and mutual respect are core expectations in every session.
03
Environmental & Digital Stewardship
We teach students to be responsible creators — both online and offline.
From ethical digital citizenship to sustainable design thinking, we encourage mindful innovation that considers long-term impact.
Technology should improve the world, not harm it.
04
Personal Growth
DripLabs is more than skill-building — it’s confidence-building.
Students develop leadership, resilience, communication skills, and entrepreneurial thinking. We challenge them to move from consumers of technology to creators of culture.
05
Fun & Creative Adventure
Learning should feel electric.
We combine imagination, real-world projects, and hands-on design to make advanced skills exciting. Students don’t just watch — they build, test, launch, and collaborate.
